Governance & Institutional

  • Develop a comprehensive communication strategy
  • Pursue formal registration in Rwanda
  • Circulate Constitution and Strategic Plan to all member parties
  • GCK recognized as sole party representing Kenya

Financial Sustainability

  • Membership fee: USD 50 one-time, USD 100 annual subscription
  • Subscriptions due by 30 July each year
  • Fundraising through grants, partnerships, and branded merchandise

Environmental & Climate Action

  • National climate change advocacy strategies for each member country
  • Tree-planting campaigns aligned with national targets
  • Alternative energy advocacy (electric mobility, clean cookstoves)
