About the Youth Wing
The EAGF Youth Wing is the official youth arm of the Eastern Africa Greens Federation, dedicated to engaging young people across the region in environmental activism, political participation, and sustainable development.
As an active member of the Global Young Greens, the youth wing connects young environmentalists from Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, and Somalia with a worldwide network of youth-led green movements, sharing knowledge, resources, and solidarity across borders.
The youth wing organizes campaigns, trainings, and exchanges that build the capacity of young people to become effective environmental advocates and future political leaders in their communities.

Through this affiliation, our young members gain access to international training programs, exchange opportunities, and a global platform to amplify their voices on climate justice, intergenerational equity, and democratic participation.
